Symptoms and treatment of myometritis

Patients with myometritis will have lower abdominal pain and fever, and need to be treated with antibiotics actively. Acute myometritis is characterized by fever, abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain and increased leucorrhea, while chronic myometritis is characterized by vague pain in the lower abdomen, irregular menstruation and increased leucorrhea. Chronic myometritis mostly comes from acute myometritis. Myometritis occurs mostly with a history of abortion, childbirth or uterine cavity surgery, and some people may have menstrual intercourse and other reasons that can easily lead to bacterial infection, which spreads to the uterine muscle layer and leads to myometritis. The majority of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease can be completely cured or well improved with treatment.
