What happened to the yellow water flowing from the crack behind the ear?

A split behind the ear with yellow fluid flow is considered to be an infection of the subcutaneous soft tissue following a skin laceration, most often following trauma. A previous history of localized sebaceous cysts, which are also prone to infection, should be treated systematically, first with local disinfection and then bandaging. If there is a significant fissure, it should be treated with adequate disinfection, debridement and suturing under local anesthesia, and local hygiene should be observed in general. Some patients have soft tissue infection or cellulitis, which may lead to inflammation or suppuration of local lymph nodes, resulting in a significant inflammatory reaction in the skin and fluid flow from the fracture.
