When to add egg yolks to your baby

Generally babies can add egg yolk appropriately when they are seven months old.
When babies add complementary food around six months, the first complementary food is recommended to be high iron rice powder. After the addition of rice flour, the gastrointestinal tract gradually adapt to the general seven months after the child can start to add egg yolk. When adding egg yolks, it is important to note that the amount of egg yolks should be increased from a small amount to a large amount, usually from 1/8 or 1/4 of the yolk.
You can use a small amount of water to dissolve the yolk, or add the yolk to milk and feed it to your child in small amounts to see if there is any gastrointestinal discomfort or allergy. If there are no allergies, etc., continue to add egg yolks. If there are any allergies, stop adding egg yolks.
It is important to note that adding egg yolk to the baby should not be done too much at one time, so as not to increase the burden on the stomach and intestines, etc. If there is any discomfort, it is recommended to consult a doctor in a timely manner.
