Three times of chemotherapy. Can you give me any treatment advice? If the result is positive, the patient should be treated with Herceptin for 1 year starting from the subsequent T regimen. If the result is negative, oral endocrine medication for 5 years after completion of the AC-T regimen will be sufficient. Patient: What kind of test is FISH? What is the cost? If the result is positive, we have to add Herceptin treatment for 1 year starting from the follow-up T program, is it the so-called targeted therapy? If positive, the follow-up Herceptin is a targeted therapy, which can significantly reduce the recurrence rate.
