What causes a high percentage of nucleated red blood cells?

There are many reasons for a high percentage of nucleated red blood cells, which may be due to acute blood loss, as well as hematologic disorders such as hemolytic anemia. Nucleated red blood cells, or Erythrocytes, are found in the bone marrow and are not normally found in the blood. If nucleated red blood cells are found in the peripheral blood or the percentage is high, it may be due to a large decrease in the number of red blood cells in the blood, such as acute blood loss and hemolytic anemia, which causes nucleated red blood cells present in the bone marrow to enter the bloodstream to replace the lack of red blood cells. It may also be caused by damage to the bone marrow, which causes the nucleated red blood cells in the bone marrow to enter the bloodstream from the site of damage. Blood system diseases such as leukemia may also lead to a high percentage of Nucleated Red Blood Cells, or even a high percentage of Nucleated Red Blood Cells. If the percentage of nucleated red blood cells is high, you should go to a regular hospital in time, and the doctor will give you the right treatment according to the symptoms, signs and auxiliary examinations.
