Kinetin is a tablet that melts in about 1 hour after it is inserted into the vagina, and how soon it is expelled depends on how much vaginal discharge there is. If there is a lot of vaginal discharge, the melted Kenetin will be expelled from the vagina, and the Kenetin medication will be expelled from the vagina after one hour of insertion. However, if the discharge is particularly low, it will take longer for the Kenetin to be discharged, and it will not be discharged until the next day or so. Therefore, the amount of discharge determines how long it takes for the Kenetin to be discharged from the vagina. It is recommended that Kenetin be inserted once every four days, preferably twice in a row, to completely treat a Candida infection. You should not have sex during the medication period, and you should go to the hospital for a follow-up examination one week after stopping the medication.
