There are currently two major categories of anti-hepatitis B virus drugs in our country, one oral and one injectable. There are currently five oral drugs, lamivudine, adefovir, telbivudine, entecavir, and tenofovir. These drugs have advantages, and disadvantages. The advantage is that the effect is relatively fast, the virus is quickly controlled after using the drug. But there are also disadvantages, that is, the course of treatment is uncertain, that is, the application of a long time, and then is easy to occur drug resistance. All nucleoside drugs have a risk of resistance, only the level is different. The other type of drug is the injection, also known as interferon. There are domestic interferons and imported interferons. Whether it is a domestic interferon or an imported interferon, the disadvantage is that there are certain side effects in the application. The advantage is that the course of treatment is relatively fixed. However, the efficiency of interferon is relatively low.
