In the case of femoral neck fracture, if the fracture is fixed by closed reduction screws, the patient can sit up completely in 2-3 days after the surgery, and can even leave the bed with the help of crutches, but the operated leg cannot be fully weight-bearing. In case of femoral head replacement surgery, it is recommended to sit up straightly only about 2 months after surgery. If the angle exceeds 100 degrees, it will easily cause dislocation of the replaced femoral head.
