How long does it take to heal lymphangitis

Lymphangitis usually takes 10 to 14 days to heal. Lymphangitis refers to the inflammation caused by various pathogenic microorganisms spreading from broken skin and other lesions to the lymphatic vessels. Most of the purulent infections are caused by hemolytic streptococcus bacteria, which are mainly manifested by congestion and edema in and around the lymphatic vessels as well as lumens filled with bacteria and shedding endothelial cells. Treatment takes 10 to 14 days because the drugs used do not go directly to the lesion. The drug enters the blood vessels and then enters the tissues, and finally through the lymphatic reflux to reach the lesion to play a therapeutic effect, the onset of the effect of time and the concentration of the drug to reach the lesion are relatively less ideal. Recovery can take up to ten days, and in severe cases it can take up to 14 days or even longer.
