What is the efficacy of ginseng in water?

Drinking Prince Ginseng in water has certain effects of tonifying the lungs and strengthening the brand, treating lung deficiency and cough, spleen deficiency with little food, palpitations (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the daytime, aggravated by sweating with a little movement), and mental fatigue. It also benefits qi and strengthens the spleen (regulates the qi of the spleen and stomach), generates fluids and moistens the lungs. Prince’s ginseng, is the tuberous root of the plant Pseudotsuga chinensis, family Dianthusaceae. It has the effects of tonifying qi and generating body fluid, strengthening the spleen and lungs (strengthening the functions of the spleen and lungs). It is used for treating weak spleen qi (weakness of spleen qi), stomach yin deficiency (insufficient yin fluid in the stomach), late stage of febrile illnesses, qi and yin injuries, yin deficiency and lung dryness (deficiency of yin fluid in the human body, resulting in dryness of the lungs not being nourished), and dry cough with little phlegm. It should not be used together with veratrum. Caution should be exercised when there is no deficiency of positive qi. Adverse effects are not clear. Although Radix Panax Ginseng has the effect of tonifying Qi and generating fluids, strengthening the spleen and benefiting the lungs, a single traditional Chinese medicine cannot be used as a treatment plan, and it is recommended that patients under the guidance of a doctor carry out regular treatment.
