Treatment of liver disease

There are many causes of liver disease, and the cause of liver disease needs to be clearly identified when selecting a treatment modality. The more common ones, such as cirrhosis, require a daily diet high in vitamins to replenish the body with vitamin B, vitamin C, and vitamin E, which reduce liver fibrosis and can act as an antioxidant. In case of elevated transaminases, liver protection treatment is needed to reduce alcohol consumption and eating foods high in fats and oils. If the patient is viral hepatitis, pathological puncture biopsy is needed first to test the viral DNA level and antiviral treatment with oral entecavir, adefovir, tenofovir, etc. In the case of alcoholic hepatitis, alcohol abstinence is required. If it is autoimmune liver disease, then medication needs to be administered by the infection department to control the progression.
