Routine urine with 2 plus white blood cells is representative of a urinary tract infection. Most urinary tract infections have symptoms of frequent urination, urgency, painful urination and urinary tract irritation. White blood cells can be found in routine urination and occasionally hematuria, and red blood cells can also be seen to appear in routine urination. There will be discomfort in the bladder area, and sometimes there will be a feeling of cramping and discomfort in the bladder area. There are usually no obvious systemic symptoms, and a few patients may have back pain and fever, and the white blood cell count will not increase in routine blood tests. Therefore, a routine urinary tract infection with 2 plus signs is considered to be a urinary tract infection. Most female patients are seen with acute cystitis. If fever and lumbago are considered to be acute pyelonephritis, most of them can be cured by antibiotic treatment.
