Liver cyst is a relatively common benign occupying lesion of liver parenchyma in hepatobiliary surgery, whether it is serious or not is as follows:1. Not serious: Generally speaking, if the volume of liver cysts is relatively small, the diameter is <5-10cm, and there are no symptoms of liver cysts, it can be reviewed regularly without special treatment.2. Serious: When the diameter of liver cysts is >10cm, and there is infection in the cyst, resulting in pain and other discomforts, it is recommended to operate on such cases. When the cyst causes pain and other discomforts, rupture of liver cysts or huge liver cysts that cause compression of organs around the cysts, and some dyspeptic manifestations, such liver cysts are still recommended to deal with the problem through surgery.
