The lower part of the nose (mainly the tip of the nose) affects the overall aesthetics of the nose. Therefore, it is particularly important to refine the aesthetic evaluation of the nasal part, including the tip and nasal wing, nasal crutches and nostril edges, and then to modify them by surgical means. If I compare it to the roof of a house, we are actually re-giving the process of building the beams and laying the roof surface, but this process is much more difficult than such an analogy. The actual operation of this process is constrained by many factors. Therefore, the operation tests our doctor’s aesthetic understanding of the anatomy of the nasal tissues and the sum of surgical experience. I will give you a relatively clear explanation with my cases one after another. In this case, the nasal bridge was low and the tip of the nose was drooping. If the overall facial contour was not improved by a single nose augmentation, I took a small amount of cartilage from the auricular cavity and made a nasal cartilage scaffold, and the height of the tip of the nose was raised, especially the contour of the tip of the nose was perfectly reflected. The nasal tip height was raised, especially the nasal tip contour line was perfectly reflected. It was integrated with the elevated nasal bridge, and the lateral contour aesthetics were significantly enhanced.
