Easily fatigued and weak, the first consideration is the recent lack of sleep, too much exercise and other physiological factors, followed by anemia, hypothyroidism and other medical conditions.

3. Hypothyroidism: This disease is mainly caused by autoimmune diseases such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, thyroid surgery, iodine deficiency and other factors, resulting in abnormal thyroid function and reduced secretion of thyroid hormones. The disease often leads to weakness, slow reaction, less sweat and other symptoms, and some will be easily fatigued and weak.
