Clinically, TCM doctors usually observe the clinical symptoms of patients through looking, smelling, asking and cutting, such as coughing, pale face, wasting, etc. If lung cancer is highly suspected, PET-CT examination should be performed in time to clarify the diagnosis, so CT examination can be understood as an extension of the four diagnoses of TCM. Therefore, from the perspective of TCM diagnosis, it should be combined with the auxiliary examinations of Western medicine to make a clear diagnosis, rather than relying on the look, smell, ask and cut of TCM alone to diagnose tumor diseases.
