What varicose spermatocele looks like

Patients with varicoceles have no conscious symptoms, but varicoceles are mostly found during military recruitment examinations or during self-examination. Patients with varicose spermatic veins have an appearance of tortuous, dilated clusters of veins on the surface of the scrotum, some of which are visible as distinct angry veins in the form of earthworm clusters. The scrotum may be palpable with soft, painless venous masses, and patients may feel discomfort and distension in the perineum, which may affect their quality of life in severe cases. Some patients are seen for primary infertility, and patients mostly present with abnormal semen quality.
