Gallbladder also needs to do morning exercises

A day’s work is a morning, and so are three meals. From the first day after dinner to the next morning, the bile in the gallbladder has been stored for about 12 hours, and the cholesterol saturation in the bile is high. In the case of normal breakfast, due to the stimulation of the gastrointestinal food, the gallbladder contracted a large amount of bile (the main component is cholesterol) discharge, and the formation of stones is not easy. Breakfast is equivalent to the gallbladder’s morning exercise time. If you do not eat breakfast, there is an interval of about 15-17 hours from the first day’s dinner to the next day’s noon. Due to the long fasting time, the storage time of bile in the gallbladder is too long, which leads to cholesterol crystals in the bile due to supersaturation of cholesterol, which in turn causes cholesterol deposition and gradually forms stones. Simply put, the longer the bile is stored, the greater the risk. Eating breakfast can stimulate the gallbladder to discharge the stored bile overnight, but conversely, it can cause bile stasis and promote cholesterol crystallization, resulting in gallstones. Remember to give your gallbladder daily morning exercises.
