Causes of dizziness, panic attacks and palpitations

There are several possibilities for dizziness accompanied by panic attacks and palpitations: 1) If the patient has a history of diabetes, dizziness accompanied by panic attacks should be considered as a reaction to hypoglycemia, and there will be cold sweats and tremors of the hands.2) Dizziness accompanied by panic attacks and palpitations may occur in patients with hyperthyroidism.3) Organic cardiac diseases, such as coronary artery disease, cardiomyositis, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, may also occur. 4) Cerebrovascular diseases, such as stroke attack, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, and congenital heart disease, may also occur. Dizziness accompanied by panic attacks and palpitations can also occur in organic heart diseases such as coronary heart disease, myocarditis, heart valve disease, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy and congenital heart disease.4 Cerebrovascular diseases such as stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and transient ischemic attack can also cause dizziness, panic attacks and palpitations.5 In some cases, sudden increase in blood pressure can lead to the above mentioned clinical symptoms.
