Tubular adenoma of the colon with low-grade epithelial sarcomatoid lesions suggests the possibility of precancerous lesions and requires regular follow-up or polypectomy as soon as possible. Colonic tubular adenoma with low-grade epithelial sarcomatoid lesions is usually a pathologic biopsy report of excised polyps. If it is the pathology after resection, patients must be reminded to review the colonoscopy once every 3 to 6 months to observe the polyps and make timely treatment. If the polyp is not resected out of the pathology results, need to explain to the patient’s condition, informed of the need for resection and the associated risks, and according to the size, shape and degree of invasion of the polyp, assessment of endoscopic resection or surgical resection. After resection, another pathologic examination is still needed to decide the next step of treatment based on the pathologic results. Note: Early detection, early treatment, and active cooperation with doctors, so as not to delay the condition, resulting in an irreparable situation.
