Methods of Release Surgery

The most common type of release surgery is the release of intestinal adhesions, which is now more commonly performed laparoscopically. Bowel adhesions usually occur in patients with a history of abdominal surgery, such as a previous cholecystectomy or appendectomy. After abdominal surgery, the plasma membrane layer of the intestinal surface will undergo some changes, and adhesions will be formed between the plasma membrane layer and the plasma membrane layer, or even form a bundle of adhesions. The patient manifests paroxysmal abdominal pain, often abdominal pain, when the pain is mild, it can be relieved on its own, when the pain is severe, the symptoms of acute intestinal obstruction can appear, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, nausea, vomiting, accompanied by the cessation of defecation and bowel movement. If the symptoms of intestinal obstruction occur several times a year, it is necessary to perform surgery to release the intestinal adhesions. The procedure is performed laparoscopically, and if there are obvious adhesions between the bowel and the intestines, the adhesions or bands can be opened.
