What’s wrong with one nose?

If the nasal septum is deviated to one side, it will lead to a narrower nasal cavity on one side, which will manifest as nasal congestion on the narrow side, and after a long time, the turbinates will become enlarged, which will lead to bilateral nasal congestion. There are also neoplastic growths in the nasal cavity, including benign and malignant ones, benign ones are nasal polyps and papillomas; malignant ones are squamous carcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma or others, which require rhinoscopy by a doctor. Sometimes the nasal cavity can be seen through the anterior rhinoscope, and in some cases, the nasal endoscope is checked. If there are new organisms on examination, CT is needed to further clarify the diagnosis, and treatment options will be considered based on the results of the examination.
