Unclear border is usually the unclear border of the mass, burr-like, that is, the pattern of the mass is irregular, which generally suggests that it may be a malignant tumor. If it is a benign mass, there is usually an envelope around the edge of the mass, which means the boundary is clear; if the boundary is unclear, it means the tissue inside the mass grows irregularly and faster, which is often a characteristic of malignant tumor. It also needs to be combined with the texture of the mass and the presence of punctate calcification, abnormal internal blood flow and other signals to determine whether it is a benign or malignant nodule. If necessary, pathological examination by fine needle aspiration can be performed to clarify, or the mass can be completely removed and sent to intraoperative rapid freezing for examination.
