Dietary contraindications for painless hard nodules

  Medullary thyroid carcinoma is mainly manifested as painless hard solid nodules in the thyroid gland when some patients are first diagnosed, and the main cause of medullary thyroid carcinoma is mutation of the RET proto-oncogene. Patients with painless hard nodules are advised to eat more foods with high iodine content in their diet. It is advisable to eat more foods with nodule-reducing and swelling-dispersing effects. It is advisable to eat more foods with immunity enhancing effect. Avoid spicy and stimulating foods. Avoid fatty and fried foods.  1. Wine Spicy and hot products will aggravate the disease. It is recommended to take as little as possible.  2.Chili pepper Pungent, sweet and hot. It has a not-so-good effect on the swelling and aggravates the condition. It is recommended to take as little as possible.  3, small pepper is warm in nature and can generate internal heat. For thyroid adenoma is not conducive to the early recovery of the disease. It is recommended to reduce the consumption as much as possible.
