What’s going on when you get lost in your sleep

Sleep disorientation is generally considered to be sleep paralysis or sleep paralysis, which is caused by a decrease in the quality of deep sleep, resulting in limb paralysis or limb relaxation during the rapid eye movement sleep period, i.e., while dreaming. Sleep “confusion” is caused by several factors: 1) abnormal brain discharges, such as seizures; 2) cerebrovascular ischemic attacks due to transient cerebrovascular stenosis; and 3) blurred consciousness during sleep in patients with inadequate blood supply to the vertebral basilar artery. 3) hypoxia during sleep, such as sleep apnea syndrome. An example is sleep apnea syndrome.
