What’s wrong with babies’ sweaty palms?

Sweaty palms in infants may be caused by physiologic factors, acute upper respiratory tract infections, vitamin D deficiency and other reasons.
1. Physiological factors: babies wear too much clothing, the environment temperature is too high and other reasons, easy to cause babies to sweat.
2. Acute upper respiratory tract infection: the main symptoms are cough, nasal congestion, fever, vomiting, etc., which may cause sweaty palms in infants.
3. Vitamin D deficiency: the disease often appears as sleep disturbance, irritability, muscle spasm, excessive sweating and other symptoms, which may be manifested in sweaty palms of infants.
When babies have sweaty palms, it is important to control the temperature of the room and not to give the child too much clothing. At the same time, you need to pay attention to your baby’s condition and take him/her to the doctor if you notice any discomfort.
