Patients always have discharge from one corner of the eye, which may be caused by conjunctivitis, keratitis, dacryocystitis and so on.
Conjunctivitis is mainly caused by bacteria or viruses and other germs infecting the conjunctival tissues. Under the stimulation of inflammation, patients may have conjunctival congestion, photophobia, tearing, pain, increased eye secretions, blurred vision and other discomforts, so patients will have secretions coming out of the corners of their eyes.
Keratitis is related to bacterial, viral and other germs infection or immune abnormality, etc. Patients may experience discomfort such as eye pain, photophobia, tearing, vision loss, etc. In severe cases, they may also experience symptoms such as large amount of pus discharge from the eyes.

Patients with dacryocystitis are often accompanied by obstruction of the tear ducts, because of poor drainage of tears, patients may also appear in the corners of the eyes with the manifestation of discharge.
