The ability to get to the hospital in time for treatment after stroke onset is key to achieving the best possible outcome. The time window for acute treatment of ischemic stroke is very short (within 3 to 4.5 hours of symptom onset). The public should be fully aware of the dangers of stroke and the importance of timely hospitalization, and have the basic knowledge to recognize the symptoms of stroke and strengthen the awareness and action of timely transfer of patients. Common symptoms of stroke: 1. Sudden onset of symptoms. 2. Weakness, clumsiness, heaviness or numbness of one limb (with or without the face). 3. Numbness or crookedness of the mouth on one side of the face. 4. Slurred speech or difficulty in understanding language. 5.Both eyes stare to one side. 6.Loss of vision or blurred vision in one or both eyes. 7.Sight rotation or balance disorder. 8.Severe headache or vomiting, which were rarely seen before. 9.The above symptoms are accompanied by impaired consciousness or convulsions.
