Xiangsha Nourishing Stomach Pill and Zhibai Di Huang Pill are generally not recommended to be used at the same time. This is because the former focuses on tonifying yang, while the latter focuses on nourishing yin.
Xiangsha Nourishing Stomach Pill and Zhibai Di Huang Wan are both proprietary Chinese medicines, however, their effects are opposite.
Xiangsha Stomach Nourishing Pill is good at warming the middle and harmonizing the stomach, targeting stomach pain, plumpness (stomach distension and discomfort), vomiting of acid, noisy (stomach feeling similar to hunger, emptiness with burning) discomfort, lack of appetite, and tiredness of the limbs caused by insufficient stomach yang and dampness and stagnation of qi.
Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan, on the other hand, targets the kidney yin deficiency syndrome, which is characterized by coldness, coldness of limbs, 晄white color of the face, and soreness and weakness of the waist and knees.
Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan is not suitable for patients with deficiency cold syndrome. The side effects of Xiangsha Nourishing Stomach Pill are not clear.
