Treatment of chronic arthritis

Chronic arthritis treatments include medication, physical therapy, and surgery.
When chronic arthritis occurs, the joints may have pain, joint swelling, limited movement and other manifestations. The pain is aggravated by exertion or exposure to cold, and is alleviated by rest. In the early stage, anti-osteoporosis drugs such as anti-osteoporosis pills or Bone Immortal tablets can be applied to slow down the progression of the disease.
Since chronic arthritis is a long-lasting disease and difficult to be cured completely, local massage, acupuncture, tui-na, infrared irradiation and low-frequency pulsed electrotherapy can be used to accelerate the local blood circulation and help relieve the local pain.
For joint flexion and extension activities are obviously limited, joint deformation usually conservative treatment effect is not good, need to take surgical treatment, including arthroscopic surgery cleaning or artificial joint replacement surgery. Rehabilitation exercises are performed after surgery, and normalization usually takes about 2~3 months.
