Hepatitis B, or viral hepatitis B, is a systemic infectious disease caused by hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, with liver damage as the main cause. The symptoms of hepatitis B vary according to its acute and slow onset, the mildness and severity of the disease, and the length and duration of the disease. 1. Acute hepatitis: including acute jaundiced hepatitis and acute non-jaundiced hepatitis. (1) Acute jaundice type of hepatitis: pre-jaundice: the main symptoms are general weakness, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, anorexia, abdominal distension, pain in the liver area, deepening of urine color. The liver is large, soft, with pressure pain and percussion pain, and some patients have mild splenomegaly. Recovery period: symptoms gradually disappear, jaundice decreases, liver and spleen retract. (2) Acute non-jaundiced hepatitis: other than the absence of jaundice, other clinical manifestations are similar to the jaundiced type. The main manifestations are generalized weakness, loss of appetite, nausea, abdominal distension, pain in the liver area, liver enlargement, with mild pressure pain and percussion pain. 2, chronic hepatitis: according to the severity of the disease can be divided into light, moderate and severe. (1) Mild: the disease is mild, may repeatedly appear weakness, dizziness, loss of appetite, anorexia, yellow urine, discomfort in the liver area, poor sleep. In some cases, symptoms are absent. (2) Moderate: The symptoms are between mild and moderate. (3) Severe: there are obvious or persistent symptoms of hepatitis, such as weakness, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, yellow urine, etc. with liver disease face, liver palm, spider nevus, splenomegaly. (3) Heavy hepatitis (liver failure): manifesting a series of liver failure syndrome: extreme weakness, severe gastrointestinal gravity, neurological and psychiatric symptoms (drowsiness, personality change table, irritability, coma, etc.), significant bleeding, progressive worsening of jaundice, toxic bullae, liver odor, hepatorenal syndrome, etc. may appear. Fluttering wing-like tremor and pathological reflexes may appear. 4, stasis bile type hepatitis: there is obstructive jaundice clinical manifestations: skin itching, stool color lightening, liver large, etc. 5, hepatitis cirrhosis: according to the symptoms of hepatitis is divided into two types: active and quiescent. (1) Active cirrhosis: there are manifestations of chronic hepatitis activity, weakness and gastrointestinal symptoms are obvious. It is accompanied by abdominal wall, esophageal varices, ascites, liver shrinkage and hardening, progressive enlargement of spleen, portal hypertension and other manifestations. (2) Quiescent cirrhosis: no manifestation of hepatitis activity, mild or non-specific symptoms. Therefore, the symptoms of hepatitis B vary according to its clinical type, and the severity of its disease cannot be judged according to its symptoms, therefore, patients with the above symptoms still need to go to the hospital to confirm the diagnosis in time to avoid delaying the disease.
