Why do I still get pregnant when I wear a condom every time?

Pregnancy may be caused by a broken condom or a condom slipping inside the vagina during intercourse because the condom was not checked carefully before wearing it. When women use condoms for contraception, they must do a good job of checking and conducting a blow test, if there is a leak, they cannot use them. If a condom leaks or slips inside the vagina, the emergency contraceptive pill can be taken orally within 72 hours after intercourse to remedy the situation.
