The treatment of low leukocyte includes etiologic treatment, infection prevention and control, promotion of granulocyte production, immunosuppressive therapy and so on. 1. Etiologic treatment: immediately stop exposure to suspicious substances or other pathogenic factors, and actively treat the primary disease of secondary low leukocytes. For example, aplastic anemia should be cyclosporine orally. 2. Infection prevention and treatment: apply antibacterial drugs such as amoxicillin, ceftriaxone, ofloxacin, etc., apply for viral infection such as acyclovir, ribavirin, etc., and apply fluconazole for fungal infection. 3. Promote granulocyte production: such as recombinant human colony-stimulating factor, recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor, and so on. 4. Immunosuppressant: Glucocorticoid therapy can be applied to the granulocyte deficiency caused by immune abnormality, such as prednisone, dexamethasone and so on. Patients with low leukocytes should consult a doctor in time and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
