Early symptoms of patients with cervical adenocarcinoma are increased vaginal secretion, vaginal bleeding and pain. 1. Increased vaginal secretion: it is the earliest symptom of cervical cancer, mostly thin and mixed with light blood. If combined with infection, it may have special odor. 2. Vaginal bleeding: in early stage, there is vaginal bleeding after defecation and sexual intercourse or intermittent painless vaginal bleeding. In the late stage, the bleeding is recurrent and heavy, and may be combined with anemia. 3. Pain: there may be hidden pain in the early stage, but in the late stage, the tumor may cause severe pain due to the invasion or compression of surrounding tissues, organs or nerves. Patients with the above symptoms should go to the hospital in time to avoid aggravation of the condition, and should standardize the treatment under the guidance of doctors.
