Peeing is slanted after a hypospadias, which may be due to poorly corrected penile recurvature. In the case of poorly corrected penile recurvature, the probable cause is more recurved tissue left over from the surgery, or the new urethra may be too short or scar tissue may have developed on the ventral side of the penis after the surgery, resulting in a recurved penis. If the recurvature is not particularly severe and does not interfere with urination, this condition can be observed and usually does not require a second stage of surgery. If the curvature is particularly pronounced, the urine is still shifted to the ventral side after ejaculation, and it seriously affects erection and sex life, it needs to be treated with second-stage surgery, which should be carried out six months after the surgery.
