Best time to treat rectus abdominis separation with electroshock

The best time to treat rectus abdominis separation with electroshock is between six months and one year after delivery. As women gain weight and the fetus increases in size during pregnancy, some women will experience separation of the rectus abdominis muscle. Usually the separation is less than three fingers wide and can be gradually recovered to its normal position in about six months to a year, but if it is still not recoverable, the diagnosis is postpartum diastasis recti abdominis. For women with a large separation width it is difficult to recover on their own, if it is clear that the pelvic floor muscle strength reaches three levels, electroshock therapy can be carried out to improve local blood circulation, increase muscle tone, promote fat metabolism and restore the original tension of the muscle through electrical stimulation. Postpartum exercises such as abdominal twisting, bending and heavy lifting should be carried out sparingly, and self-taught yoga and Pilates should be avoided to avoid increasing the degree of separation of the rectus abdominis muscle. And before electroshock treatment, attention should be paid to whether the pelvic floor muscles recover completely to avoid affecting the recovery of pelvic floor function.
