Intrahepatic echogenic nodule of 14mm*10mm indicates the presence of nodular lesions in the liver, which may be hepatic hemangioma, intrahepatic bile duct stones or intrahepatic calcification foci. Normal liver is isoechoic and homogeneous tissue structure, the presence of strong echogenic nodules in the liver indicates the presence of nodules with elevated echoes different from the normal liver, the cause of which may be hepatic hemangioma, intrahepatic choledocholithiasis, or intrahepatic calcified foci, etc., although the possibility of malignant nodules cannot be excluded. If there are no symptoms or signs, and other relevant examinations are not abnormal, it can be observed for the time being. Or further CT scan with enhancement or ultrasonography can be performed, and liver tissue biopsy can be performed if necessary.
