If there is no sign of eruption and no damage to the surrounding tissues, there is no need to deal with it, but if there is any sign of growth, it is recommended to extract it as soon as possible.
1. No sign of eruption: if the supernumerary tooth is deeply embedded in the upper jaw, and there is no sign of eruption, and the person does not feel any symptoms, it can be observed first without treatment, because if it has to be dealt with, the incision is generally larger and more difficult.
2. Signs of growth: If there are signs of growth of multiple teeth in the upper jaw, conscious pain, or a tendency to form cysts after examination, or pressure on the roots of neighboring teeth, they should be extracted as soon as possible in order to prevent damage to the surrounding tissues.
Multiple teeth growing in the upper jaw should go to the hospital in time to take pictures and make targeted treatment according to the growth of the teeth.
