Biliary reflux gastritis is one of the common diseases of the digestive system. In a domestic study of 736 patients with chronic gastritis, 16.4% had bile reflux. Biliary reflux gastritis is damage to the gastric mucosa caused by duodenal gastric reflux. Duodenal fluid includes alkaline material including bile, pancreatic fluid and intestinal fluid, so it is also called alkaline reflux gastritis. It is divided into primary and secondary. Primary bile reflux gastritis is caused by the reflux of duodenal fluid due to changes in the function of duodenum → pylorus → stomach; secondary bile reflux gastritis is caused by the reflux of bile into the stomach that occurs after surgery on the pylorus of the stomach or cholecystectomy. Bile acid damage to the gastric mucosa is manifested in four major ways, namely: active inflammation, glandular atrophy, intestinal epithelial chemosis and focal hyperplasia of the mucosa. Clinical symptoms such as epigastric distension, early satiety, bloating, (aggravated after meals) hiccups, belching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, dry mouth, and bitter mouth are often seen in the digestive tract. With the increasing incidence of bile reflux, bile reflux gastritis is receiving more attention. Many studies have shown that bile reflux can lead not only to inflammation of the gastric mucosa, but also to atrophy, intestinal epithelial hyperplasia and atypical hyperplasia. Biliary reflux gastritis is closely related to emotional disorders, and studies have found that a large proportion of people with biliary reflux gastritis have emotional disorders. All the emotional disorders, the most impatient and irritable people, followed by anxious and depressed people, work pressure. The modern life is fast-paced, work and life stress, easily lead to mental tension, impatience, anxiety and depression; coupled with the lack of attention to exercise, the stagnant qi can not be dissipated, so the stagnation in the body, depression and fire. Therefore, in plain life you need to maintain a calm state of mind, avoid impatience and irritability, avoid emotional tension. More communication with people, more exercises such as jogging, chest expansion, tai chi and other exercises that can disperse the qi to avoid the occurrence and development of bile reflux gastritis and other gastrointestinal diseases.
