What should I do if I have sediment-like stones in my bile?

For patients with mud-like stones in the gallbladder, there are generally two cases to be treated: 1. There are really mud-like stones in the gallbladder. In this case, it is suggested that the patient can consider taking oral eusebio, which is an imported ursodeoxycholic acid capsule, and continue to observe the patient for about 1-3 months to see if the sediment-like stones in the gallbladder have improved. If there is improvement in ultrasound after 1 month, consider continuing the medication for about 3-6 months. 2. If the patient has small filled stones in the gallbladder, or small stones exist in the gallbladder, laparoscopic cholecystectomy can be actively considered. If the gallbladder is full of stones, or if there are more small stones in the gallbladder, the patient needs to actively consider laparoscopic cholecystectomy. For such stones, there is a possibility that they may drain into the common bile duct through the cystic duct and form further common bile duct stones. In this case, the patient needs to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy in addition to ERCP surgery to remove the stones from the common bile duct.
