1. 2. Clinical manifestations:

(3) Complications: some patients may also suffer from biliary ascariasis, ascaris intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation and peritonitis.
3. Examination: Generally, the diagnosis can be confirmed when Ascaris lumbricoides eggs are detected in the fecal smear; elevated eosinophils in the blood can help the diagnosis.
