Elevated alkaline phosphatase and glutamyl transpeptidase: 1. First, consider whether there is alcoholic hepatitis or biliary system disease. If alkaline phosphatase and glutamyl transpeptidase are elevated caused by alcoholic hepatitis, you can use some liver protection and enzyme-lowering drugs, such as compound glycyrrhizin, diammonium glycyrrhizate, silymarin, reduced glutathione, etc. 2. If alkaline phosphatase and glutamyl transpeptidase are elevated caused by biliary system, you need to further improve the abdominal ultrasound examination.
