Estradiol Valerate Tablets, also known as Tegretol Tablets, are used in combination with progesterone to treat menstrual irregularities in clinical practice, commonly known as artificial cycle therapy. It is taken orally on the fifth day of menstruation, once a day, one tablet at a time, and stopped after 21 days of continuous use. Progesterone is taken orally when there are 5 tablets left in the Tonic, and at night, because progesterone can cause dizziness, it is recommended to take 2 capsules once a day for 5 days. This is a menstrual cycle. On the fifth day of the next menstrual cycle, the second cycle of oral dosing should be started in the same way as the previous cycle.
