3. Fibrosis stage: usually 6~12 weeks after injury or surgery, in this stage, the intensity of the brace is moderately increased, so that the soft tissues can be stretched to the maximum extent; at the same time, it is recommended to carry out resistance strength training.
4. Late stage: usually 3~6 months after the injury or surgery to enter the fourth stage, the patient’s joint most of the stiffness has occurred, this time the efficacy of rehabilitation therapy is usually not as good as the first three months.
After the fracture or injury, after the relevant treatment in the orthopedic department, it is generally recommended to routinely come to the rehabilitation department for rehabilitation exercises in 2~4 weeks, and try not to miss 3 months.
