What is the meaning of chronic active inflammation with focal glandular mild atypical hyperplasia with intestinal epithelial hyperplasia

Chronic active inflammation with mild atypical hyperplasia of focal glands with intestinal epithelial chemotaxis is a pathologic diagnosis that refers to the presence of chronic gastritis and transformation of the gastric mucosal epithelium into intestinal epithelial cells with cup-shaped cells.
Chronic active inflammation is defined as the presence of neutrophils found when performing a biopsy, mostly present between the lamina propria, the lesser concave epithelium and the glandular epithelium. Intestinal epithelial hyperplasia mostly occurs on the basis of long-term chronic inflammation, resulting in the replacement of the superficial epithelium and glands of the gastric mucosa by cup cells. Focal glandular mild atypical hyperplasia belongs to the gastric precancerous disease, and the more widely it is distributed, the higher the risk of gastric cancer.
If the patient has chronic active inflammation, mild atypical hyperplasia of focal glands, accompanied by intestinal epithelial hyperplasia, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time, and take appropriate treatment measures after completing relevant examinations.
