Lecithin vesicles are an important component of the male prostate fluid. Lecithin vesicles are normal, usually in the form of (3+) and (4+). When lecithin vesicles (2+) are present, it often indicates a decrease in lecithin vesicles and a decrease in soft bodies, which is often clinically indicative of the presence of chronic inflammation of the prostate. The main cause of the chronic prostatitis is the frequency, urgency and pain of urination, the main causative factor is the high pressure of the urethra, which makes the urine reflux into the prostate, and thus the inflammatory reaction caused by prolonged stimulation.
