Urinary stones are not excreted from the stool. Urinary stones and stool belong to two distinctly different systems: urinary stones belong to the urinary system, while stool belongs to the digestive system. Urinary stones are found in the renal pelvis, ureter, and bladder. Smaller stones are treated with lithotripsy and excreted in the urinary tract, unrelated to the digestive system. The final metabolic product of the digestive system is feces, which is excreted through the colon and rectum and finally through the anus.
