How do I treat subluxation?

Patient: pressure pain in the right neck. 09.03.8 examination: ultrasound showed 1. lamellar hypoechoic right thyroid gland (thyroiditis); 2. bilateral hypoechoic nodules in the thyroid gland. 08.06.30 right neck and ear pain, pressure pain in the right neck. ultrasound showed bilateral small thyroid adenomas. After taking thyroid tablets and prednisone, I stopped taking them, but after a relapse in February this year, I started taking thyroid tablets three times a day, one tablet each time. The doctor said it was possible that the thyroid tablets were too much, causing the T3 and TSH to be abnormal. Is this subthyroiditis? What should I do to treat it? The early manifestations of subthyroiditis are usually thyrotoxicosis, which is a symptom of hyperthyroidism, with elevated T3 T4, normal or decreased TSH, a markedly accelerated erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and a markedly decreased iodine uptake rate of the thyroid gland. The disease mostly lasts only a few weeks and can resolve on its own, but it can recur. The entire course of the disease can last for several months, usually 2-3 months, and can be prolonged to 1 to 2 years in a few patients, but it generally recovers completely without affecting thyroid function. Some patients may develop transient hypothyroidism with mild symptoms, and permanent hypothyroidism rarely occurs. Your blood count is currently normal. You can gradually reduce the dosage and observe the treatment if you take too many thyroid tablets.
