Can a grade 3 thyroid nodule heal on its own?

Class 3 thyroid nodules are the ultrasound classification of thyroid nodules, and class 3 thyroid nodules generally do not resolve on their own. Thyroid nodules are one of the more common disorders of the thyroid gland and are generally categorized into 6 classes. class 3 thyroid nodules have a high likelihood of being benign, with a <2% malignancy rate possible.
