Cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedures, the first need to assess whether the scene environment is safe, the operating procedures are as follows: 1, determine the patient’s consciousness, pat the patient’s shoulders with both hands, ask what happened, the patient did not respond, check the breathing, observe the patient’s chest rise and fall for at least 5-10 seconds, informed that there is no respiration, call for help and push the resuscitation vehicle, defibrillator; 2, determine whether the patient has a carotid artery pulsation, with the right hand middle finger and forefinger from the trachea in the middle of the cricoid cartilage stroke to the proximal side. Cricoid cartilage scratch to the proximal carotid artery pulsation, tell no pulsation, need to judge 5-10 seconds; 3, loosen the patient’s collar and pants belt; 4, chest cardiac compression, two nipples connecting the line of the lower 1/3 of the sternum, with the heel of the left hand palm against the patient’s chest, overlap the two hands, the left hand five fingers cocked, arms straightened, and with the upper-body force force pressure 30 times, the frequency of 100-120 times / min, the depth of the press 5-6cm; 5, open the airway, tilt the head and lift the jaw method, pay attention to the patient’s oral cavity with or without secretions, dentures; 6, artificial respiration, the application of simple respirator, one hand with CE maneuver to fix, one hand squeeze the simple respirator, each time to send 400-600ml of air, the frequency of 10-12 times / min; 7, continue to continue for 2 minutes of high-efficiency cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the ratio of cardiac compression and artificial respiration is 30 :2, operate 5 cycles, finally need to judge whether the resuscitation is effective, listen to whether the patient has breath sounds, while touching whether there is carotid artery pulsation, after resuscitation, the patient needs to carry out advanced life support, transferred to ICU, brain resuscitation treatment.
